Please be advised if Nashville Express Shuttle is picking you up from airport, residence, apartment, or office we will need a credit card number to complete the reservation. If there is a need to cancel you must do so at least 2 hours before pick-up, if you do not provide a 2 hour cancellation notice your credit card will be charged for the full amount. Any cancellation will be charged a 35% cancellation fee.
